There is literally new competition surfacing every day in the digital world and it’s so hard to keep up with all that at all costs.
In our Sunday post, we talked about 4 ways of beating the competition, and here comes part 2 of ways on how to outrun the competition as promised.
1. Publish your brand reviews:
Word of mouth is always going to be the best and most honest marketing method ever. Regardless of the service or the product that the customers are purchasing, they will always turn to reviews either from friends, family, or other customers online or in real life. Make sure you’re publishing your reviews because they’re proofs of your company’s high-quality service, products, and customer care.
2. Influencer And Affiliate Marketing: These marketing efforts bring in extra proof of your brand in a marketing channel that tends to have higher customer trust and lower competition. If you're in a small niche market, or can’t afford big influencers, you can always focus on targeting micro-influencers which can also create big engagement even though they have a smaller follower base.
3. Ease your customer journey: People are a huge fan of a user-friendly purchasing process, which is called a customer journey. The more frictionless and seamless your customer journey is, the higher your traffic and conversion rates will become. If doing business with your brand is much easier than with a competitor, your prospects are more likely to purchase from you.
4. Outspend if needed: If you want to see more significant results or compete at a higher level, you will need to invest much more into your digital marketing budget in terms of paid ads or hiring high-quality copywriting professionals or graphic designers to create top-notch content. The rewards will be well worth it.
Let us know what you think! We love hearing from you.
Cheers
