Let’s continue our discussion here about #outsourcing or not outsourcing your work.
According to @semrush’s recent research, 52.5% of the companies outsource their work, while 41.4% use a hybrid system of #inhouse & #outsource. In this case, there is a great potential exists for you as marketing or creative agencies, to appeal to businesses and brands who are looking to scale their marketing efforts.
Let’s look at some more reasons why #businesses and #brands choose to outsource, or why it would be a smart strategic move on their ends.
-It’s more cost-effective than hiring talents. Clearly, hiring top talent or professionals with industry experience can be ridiculously costly so it’s why not pay $5K per month to an agency to get all your needs and wants taken care of.
-Businesses need to stay fresh and active to reach out their #audiences and thus they need to create and publish #organicontent on a regular basis for their social media, websites, blogs, etc. This can be immensely time and effort consuming. #Agencies will gladly do all that for you and save you a ton of time and effort that you can allocate to strategy and execution.
-Lastly, some businesses choose to outsource their some of their projects depending on the amount and type of work involved to complete them. Again, outsourcing the effort part lets you concentrate more on the input and output calculations of the projects, meaning the main strategy.
